Structure  Features:

1.  Using suction  hood structure ,with strong high pressure blower,Suction device equipped with silencers ,gas source ,and focus on the same operating electrical control cabinet,not less than 1.5meters from the host, the operating size of the full closure of all enclosures.
2.  Cast iron base and wall structure ,wall thickness of 130mm, Using an independent transmission ,universal joint transmission structure..
3. Corrugated roller diameter was ¢ 280mm,Corrugated roller material used the 48CrMo alloy steel,Quenched and Tempered,fine boring the hole, CNC grinder, laser quenching, surface polishing ,hard chrome plated, hardness HRC60 degrees.Key parts of corrugated roller and pressure roller adopts high temperature bearings ,WaFangDian production .
4. Pressure roller was  284mm,Surface grinding and chrome plating; cylinder control up and down, the material is carbon steel 45#, quenched and tempered (with buffer device).
5. Glue wall structure with slide,air control to give the gluer or stop give the gluer ,which was polished surface engraved with the 25 lines after the pit-style textured hard chrome plating process ,scraping roller surface polished chrome plated.
6. Corrugated roller ,pressure roller material provided by the Central Plains Steel, Corrugated 0.15mm on the high side , the pressure roller side 0.075mm high .Add limiter,160mm cylinder compression cylinders.
7.  Preheat roller was used by the seamless steel  300mm,all with a metal hose connection.
